Baruch College Continuing and Professional Studies (CAPS) is proud to announce that the Continuing Education Association of New York State (CEA/NY) has named the Acting Associate Dean/Director of CAPS, Dr. Abe Tawil, as the Outstanding Continuing Education Instructor for the year 2001-2002. The CEA/NY is dedicated to continuing higher education professionals throughout the City and State Universities of New York and their colleagues.
